Technical Support / Warranty Statement

We provide free technical support up to one year, and lifetime maintenance contract at extra yearly cost to be agreed. All equipment supplied by us is guaranteed to be free from manufacturers defect. The company’s liability under this warranty is limited to servicing and / or replacing the equipment within one year from installation date by our engineers.

We have the technical expertise to specify and install from a vast range of products available for a system to meet your requirements whether it is for a basic use system or a fully integrated  package with remote monitoring.
